Stock-Dawgg™ Terms of Service
By downloading, installing, or using the Stock-Dawgg™ mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
1. Description of Service
Stock-Dawgg™ is a personal finance application that provides stock and cryptocurrency price monitoring, dividend tracking, portfolio management tools, and price alert notifications. The App is available on iOS and Android platforms.
The App offers the following subscription tiers:
• Core Monthly Plan: $2.99 per month
• Core Annual Plan: $19.99 per year
Subscription features include real-time price alerts, dividend calendar, portfolio tracker, monthly income reports, and AES-256 encrypted cloud backups.
2. Not Financial Advice
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Stock-Dawgg™ is NOT a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner. The App does not provide investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other advice.
All information provided by the App is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in the App should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument. All investment decisions are made solely at your own risk and discretion. Consult a licensed financial advisor before making any investment decisions.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Free trial eligibility and duration are subject to change without notice. The Company reserves the right to change subscription prices with advance notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
4. Data Privacy and Security
Stock-Dawgg™ is designed with user privacy as a core principle. Portfolio data, holdings, and personal financial information are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to our servers. Our backend servers store only the minimum data necessary to provide push notification services: anonymous device tokens, watchlist symbols, and alert threshold settings. All data backed up to cloud storage is encrypted using AES-256 encryption before transmission.
The App uses the following third-party services: Apple Push Notification Service (APNs), Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), Tiingo for stock market data, CoinGecko for cryptocurrency market data, Alpha Vantage for dividend data, MarketAux for news, AWS Lambda and Supabase for price alert monitoring services, and cloud backup services.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose, attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the App, use the App to engage in market manipulation or fraudulent financial activity, interfere with the App's servers or networks, or use automated tools to access the App without our express written permission.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its name "Stock-Dawgg™," logo, design, code, and content, are the exclusive property of Digi-Dawgg Labs LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. The Company does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that market data provided will be accurate, complete, or timely.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DIGI-DAWGG LABS LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP. The Company's total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Digi-Dawgg Labs LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause. You may terminate your use of the App at any time by uninstalling it and cancelling your subscription.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
12. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date above and providing notice through the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and End User License Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Digi-Dawgg Labs LLC regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
